No Return Policy
We at GORILABORATORY are dedicated to providing you with fashionable and high-quality clothing. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, we have established the following No Return Policy for our items:
- All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or other reasons unless the item you received is defective or damaged. If you have received an item and find that it does not fit as expected, we are happy to offer a 1 (one) time exchange for a different size of the same style, subject to availability. Please contact us at Gorilaboratory@gmail.com within 7 days to initiate exchange process.
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at Gorilaboratory@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate the return process.
- To be eligible for an exchange or return of a defective or damaged item, your clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- We do not accept returns or exchange for items that have been washed, worn, or altered in any way.
- We do not offer returns or exchanges for items purchased on sale or at a discounted price.
- When returning an exchange, defective or damaged item, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Once your return or exchange item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange request.
- If your return of defective or damaged item is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
